Alas, the book doesn’t illustrate the “incorrect” way to go through bottom file drawers, but I’m guessing it would involve bending over and a display of garters.

Another example of dos & don’ts. I’ve seen so many pictures of this pair I’ve developed characters for them. See, the impeccably correct blonde is really a sociopath who’ll do anything to get ahead. The brunette, well she’s not exactly a “hooker with a heart of gold”, but…you get the picture.

I love these–I have a whole series of correct/incorrect ways of doing things most of us don’t even think about. The “correct” methods are represented by the prim blonde you see above, while the “incorrect” methods are represented by that rather frowzy brunette. (I bet she does her nails at her desk, too!)
